Depending on the severity and complexity of your problem, you will be offered either a Semi-Private Coaching option or a fully Private, One-to One Coaching option.
In both of the above coaching options, we cover everything you need to know in order to get the best results possible from the programme.
This means we provide you with coaching on all aspects of health and fitness, such as Hands on Therapy Techniques, Instrument Assisted Therapy Techniques, Nutritional Information specific to your body and your goals, Regular Training Sessions, Home Stretching and Strengthening Programmes, Lifestyle Factors, Behavior Change, etc… But which option will suit you best will depend on the following:
- Severity and Complexity of your Injury/Cause of Pain
- Your Goals
- Your Motivation
- And your budget
Either way, there is likely to be a minimum of a 6 month commitment. This is because often, very little lasting change can happen in less time than this.
